This 15 minute phone session serves as an opportunity for you to conduct an interview, address any queries you may have before doing an in person meet and greet, and to go over details about your home, our services, and your pets.
Meet & Greet
Before accepting any bookings from new clients, we may require an in person meet & greet. This allows your pet to become acquainted with us in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. Moreover, it provides us with the opportunity to observe your pet's behavior, temperament, and any specific needs they may have. It's also when you can give a tour of your home to ensure your Pet Care Specialist is familiarized with the location of essential tools for your pet's care. It's a proactive step in ensuring a seamless and tailored experience for both you and your beloved furry companions.
