My Pets
Jäger
Meet Jäger, my wirehaired pointer cross. He was born in May 2018 and has a larger-than-life personality and remarkable aptitude for scent tracking that never cease to amaze.
Food, cuddles with his pet parents, and adventures to the cabin are just a few things that he loves. He's not just a pet; he's family, and the inspiration behind the very essence of my brand, from its logo to its name.
Mayhem
May joined my family through the Edmonton Humane Society in April 2023, marking a delightful new chapter in the household. With her regal demeanor, she swiftly declared herself the queen of the castle.
Her name, inspired by the joyful chaos she has brought into our lives, perfectly suits her spirited nature. May has a few simple pleasures she adores, including indulging in delectable treats, snuggling up to anything warm, and exploring every nook and cranny of the home, often finding herself in the most unexpected of places.
Mischief
Her discerning nature is evident in her selective affections, reserving her love solely for food and her human.
Preferring solitude, Mischief's activities primarily revolve around eating, sleeping, and occasionally engaging in territorial disputes with the newest addition, May. Despite her irritable demeanor, her presence adds a unique dynamic to the household.
Tikka
In July 2024, I was asked to foster a young pointer from the Edmonton Humane Society. She came to us weighing only 18 kgs, emaciated and terrified of the world around her. She was one of a few dogs rescued from a so-called "breeder," and it was clear she had never known what it meant to be safe, loved, or even have a warm bed and a full belly.
Seeing her slowly open up and start to trust has been nothing short of incredible. Despite everything she’s been through, she's shown how gentle, loyal, and intelligent she truly is. It's heartbreaking and infuriating to think of what she endured, but I'm so grateful to be part of her journey to healing.
After just two weeks, she gained enough weight to be spayed and today was cleared for adoption. But we couldn’t let her go, so she’s now officially a member of the family!
